Nashville Country Music Marathon Completed

I ran the marathon in 5 hours, 12minutes and 56 seconds. It was a very rainy start and continued to rain for the first three hours.  Also, the Nashville Marathon was a very hilly course - but nothing compared to what I experienced in California and Nevada.  Overall the experience was very pleasant, but my knee is once again swollen up.  Out of 20,000, I placed a bit over 3,000.  These tasks help to keep me focused on the overall mission.  Those who are wrongfuly imprisoned and those who are waiting to have their names cleared!  I run for them.  I wore one of my bright yellow t-shirts with Innocentmanwalking.org printed on it and worked hard to spread the word.  Just as a preview, over the next several months I plan on writing more about my eleven years of experiences involving wrongful imprisonment. I hope to encourage some of you to share your stories of wrongful imprisonment as well.  As always, we welcome your comments.
