I am so pleased to have seen the CBS story was done so perfectly.  Good job.  Wish I had done as well with walking today.  Because of your story there are still a lot of people here who drive past and recognize me and are cheering me on!  I'm back into the rolling hills again and I've got blisters on my feet and IT'S SLOWING ME DOWN!  Yes, I'm impatient.  I was only able to go 13.1 miles today.  Hopefully tomorrow will improve.  Well, I just keep reminding myself - one foot in front of the other.  It is a motto that I live by.  The beautiful mountains that I saw off afar yesterday were not so beautiful today.  I climbed up hill all day, had a meeting of the minds with the mountains, and I must say, today the mountians won.  This was one of my most mentally challenging days.  The personal struggle was tough, but to put it into perspective, I thought about why I was here and I'd like to say it made it easier, but I was still struggling.  I passed by a major California prison and stopped at the gate and said some prayers for those inside who may be wrongfully convicted.  I pray that they may have strength to continue and I hope that you will all pray for me as well.  Thank you, I know so many of you do.  As always, I'll need any volunteers who may be able to get me back and forth from my stopping point.
