I ran 17 Plus Gruelling miles today up the St. Helena Mountain. The St. Helena Mountain (not to be confused with Mount St. Helens), start at the edge of Napa, California.  From there, it basically goes uphill twisting and turning forever.  My knees still a bit swollen and I've got some blisters, but I just keep going.  People passing by are noticing what we're doing and are commenting positively.  It's great and so encourging to get the positive feedback.  This is one of the important missions of Innocent Man Walking.  We want to bring greater attention to the problem of wrongful convictions.  We want to encourage others to become involved and to make a difference.  We appreciate your support as always and are still seeking additional volunteers to assist with transportation to and from the finish point of my daily running.  As always, you can e-mail us.
