Back on Track ... Slowly ...
I was on the road at 8:00 a.m. as promised. I completed 18.56 miles in 6 hours and 37 minutes. Why so slow?
Well, it's because the area is still mountainous and my knee is still swollen, so I have to walk it - no running for awhile. The highlights of my day were, the sun was shining and the countryside is green. There are cows everywhere and huge boulders (huge like the size of a semi-truck) in the fields. There are fields full of yellow flowers, mustard I am told. I stopped by a roadside cheese stand and had a great sandwich and met a few people that were very interested in Innocent Man Walking. The only downside to the day was, I lost my cell phone along the way. Luckily, I ended up in a town where I was able to get a replacement phone right away. I'll be back at it tomorrow morning, one foot in front of the other, one step at a time.

This morning a friend texted me and woke me and thought it was a beautiful day to go from Napa to the Bodega Bay. Along the way there we saw this man pushing a cart thing with this website on it, we saw it and didn’t really say anything to each other about it. On our way back a few hours later, we passed by the same man with the same cart and website, so here I am reading up on what it was you were doing exactly. I wanted to send a comment and let you know I think it’s great what you are doing and I wish you all the luck and health in your trip by foot :) Much Love!
